EscrowEye offers the following subscription plans:

All subscriptions are billed monthly. Transaction limits reset at the beginning of each billing cycle.

By subscribing to the Service, you authorize us to charge your designated payment method on a recurring monthly basis. All fees are non-refundable except as expressly set forth in these Terms or as required by applicable law.

We reserve the right to modify our pricing with 30 days' advance notice. Continued use of the Service after a price change constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

EscrowEye does not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure. THE SERVICE IS A TOOL TO ASSIST WITH TRANSACTION MANAGEMENT AND DOES NOT CONSTITUTE LEGAL, FINANCIAL, OR PROFESSIONAL ADVICE. ALL AUTOMATED ANALYSES, CHECKLISTS, AND RECOMMENDATIONS MAY CONTAIN ERRORS AND MUST BE INDEPENDENTLY VERIFIED BY THE USER.

12. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ESCROWEYE LLC, ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:
