What counts as a transaction?
A transaction starts when there's a purchase agreement to manage—not before. You can add unlimited properties (listings) and buyers to EscrowEye without affecting your transaction count. Once a purchase agreement is opened for review or escrow, that counts as one transaction. When it closes or cancels, it no longer counts toward your limit.
What if I go over 5 transactions on the Pro plan?
Each additional transaction is $29. You'll be notified as you approach your limit, and you can upgrade to the Broker plan at any time for unlimited transactions.
Can I change plans later?
Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade at any time. Changes take effect on your next billing cycle. If you upgrade mid-cycle, we'll prorate the difference.
Is there a setup fee?
No. You can start using EscrowEye immediately with no setup fees. Broker plans include dedicated onboarding to get your team up and running.
How do I cancel?
