You Shouldn't Be Everyone's Reminder App

Right now, you're the one chasing signatures, reminding agents about deadlines, and forwarding status updates to clients. That's not your job - but without automation, it becomes your job by default. EscrowEye takes over the follow-up so you can focus on closing.

What Gets Sent

Four Categories. Every Critical Moment Covered.

Never Let a BRBC Expire on You

The Buyer Representation and Broker Compensation Agreement (BRBC) is now required before a buyer can make an offer in California. If it expires mid-transaction, your buyer is unrepresented and you're uncompensated. EscrowEye tracks every BRBC expiration date and alerts you before it becomes a problem.

  • 14 days before - Heads up: Your BRBC expires in 14 days. Review and renew if needed.
  • 7 days before - Action needed: BRBC expires in 7 days. Get a signed renewal.
  • 3 days before - Urgent: BRBC expires in 3 days. Without a valid BRBC, you cannot represent this buyer.
  • Day of expiration - Critical: BRBC has expired today. Immediate renewal required.
  • Expired - Alert: BRBC expired. This buyer is currently unrepresented.

Notifies: Buyer's Agent, Team Lead, Broker (if brokerage plan)

Every Deadline Tracked. Every Party Notified.

California transactions run on deadlines - investigation contingency, appraisal contingency, loan contingency, HOA review. Miss one and the deal can fall apart or expose you to liability. EscrowEye extracts every contingency date directly from the RPA and sends automated reminders to the right people at the right time.

  • Investigation (2 days) - Action needed: Has buyer completed all inspections?
  • Investigation (due) - Due today: Submit CR form or request extension.
  • Appraisal (5 days) - Reminder: Appraisal contingency due in 5 days.
  • Loan (7 days) - Is the buyer's lender on track for approval?
  • Loan (due) - Due today: Buyer must submit CR or request extension.
  • COE (7 days) - Confirm all documents are signed and funds are ready.
  • COE (due) - Today is close of escrow. Confirm recording with title company.
